A big thank you to you all. Just to confirm can they stay on as pbs dependents until this change as far as it is valid? Also is this continous residence of 2 and 5 years apply to them once both of us have our ILRs?

So you are self employed. Have you not been doing your self assessment or tax returns every year? I am sure you did, these tax returns or self assessment statements are proof of your income. You can say that you get the income yearly as in self assessment you mention all your expenses and stuff like these and you then tell HMRC how much you have earned and how much tax you are paying. So the earning after deductions, i.e. Tax and National insurance contributions is the one you'll provide.sabidh12 wrote:Dear senior members, i have got my ilr through 10 years route and right now preparing my wife flrm.
