Bank letter to prove 50K

Hello guys

I have saved my money (50K) in a UK bank, but they can't give me a letter like the template shown in the end of the guidance.

They just write a letter to me and prove that the money is available to me anytime and it's in cash, the letter also showing the date of money entry into my account.

Is that enough?

Must I get a letter following the template in the guidance given by UKBA?

If somebody knows the answer, please reply me. I'm really grateful for any help.

@ frank.liu, in your case you can also submit a bank statement showing the available 50k funds because your money is in a UK bank and the bank letter is not compulsory for such cases.

You can also include a covering letter with your application which explain the circumstances and origin of the funds if it was transfer into your account within a short period as that might clear any query from caseworkers who are very quick in finding silly reasons to refuse an application.

When you say you saved £50K into a UK account then it must be in your own name, In this case the documents they are giving you more than enough.
2nd question 100 days are perfect.

That is not an issue. 10 days are alright But make sure rest of the documents are very well prepared. I am sure you do not want see yourself in that dark room (Appeals, courts) like others in this forum. There are more than 200 applicants facing court proceedings.

I want to apply for visa by construct a solicitor, I want to switch from PSW visa to Entrepreneur visa. I am worried about one of the HO requirements which is "are engaged in business activity, other than the work necessary to administer your business".

First of all you do not need that solicitor who can not clarify you these questions. You just need a good consultant mate.In this visa there is no need of solicitor anyways. "Business activity" means you will show that your business is trading now there are various ways to show that, By providing contract with other companies, Business account bank statement, Invoicing .
