Tier 2(General) Dependent visa refuse - appeal

Hi
My spouse applied Tier-2(General) Dependent visa From India. British High Commission refuse visa and allow to appeal. We appeal on Last December and we received confirmation for the payment on 15 Jan 2014. After that ECM how long take time for the decision ?
