Hurray ! Got my visa after interview on 20 Feb ! Hurray Hurray !!

Got my visa today. When I saw the postman today around 10 am with a huge signed-for envelope, I knew it!! .. A rejection letter wouldn't be so huge. When I opened the parcel, my passport fell out. I got my approval and the BRP will follow it said.

I had applied on 6th June 2013 and was interviewed in Sheffield on 20th Feb. I had written on this forum how strange my interview was -- http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... ml#p995641

That short strange interview was a positive result after all.

can i ask you how long u maintained ur funds and did you show source of funds, actually i am having interview tomorrow, my case situation is that i have provided bank letter for funds availability and funds are my savings which comes from my different accounts to one account where i mainatined all 50k. my question to all board members is do they ask for source of funds in interview as i havnt not maintaining money throughout so many months but i was working full time during last two years and i brought some money from back home with me 2 years ago but i dont have any proof for that. what will be the be the best answer according to my scenario? i will really appreciate ur help

I have called UKBA and they have made a decision and the package was sent yesterday by first class recorded.
The problem is my solicitor is off today so I will have to wait till Monday. I hope this is positive.
I applied my second application on 24th Dec 2013 and had my interview on 28th Feb 2014. (sheffield)

Mohammed did u receive just once parcel ?
As i called UKBA and they said only one package was sent so I am not sure if its just a refusal or its a positive news.

I am going to die with anxiety this weekend.

Just say they have been ur savings. They did not ask me much about my source once I told them they were my savings.

Hello, I think it was a second class signed-for as there is no. 2 on the royal mail postage. It was a A4 sized huge envelope.

My approval letter is dated 6th March.

I wish you luck and hope its an approval.

Besides those points, I also wrote which are the regulatory bodies for my business and how I contacted them to get their licence. I included the email conversation.

I had also contacted the business development consultancy firms for business startup advice related to my business, the website development companies, the office rental companies and all the govt bodies that I needed to be registered with. I had included the emails I had received from them and the costs involved at each step in starting the business.

This was my research before starting the business. I knew exactly what it would cost me to start my business and how many customers/clients I am expecting to have within one year before I started the business.

All this data became the content of my market research.

I m waiting bro dnt knw whn tht day will come as its been 3 weeks since we won the appeal but dnt knw when HO will send brp n passport, i guess 6 months or something like that as some of the people on this forum r waiting flr more then 4 months.
