I am a Tier 2 Dependant. I would like to go back to college to study GCSE English and Maths. DO I have to pay international fees?

Ive only been here for 6 months so does that mean i'll have to pay the international fees?

its states:

8: Non-EEA citizens with three years' ordinary residence in the UK

You will be eligible under this category if you:

are a non-EEA citizen; and
have permission granted by the UK Government to live in the UK and that leave is not for educational purposes; and
have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least the three years immediately before your course starts.
