When do I complete 5 years for ILR

Hi,

I entered UK on 9 Jan 2010 under Tier-2 (Intra Company Trasfer) visa.
Later on 4 April 2010 I applied to change my visa to Tier-1 (General) which was granted on 13 Aug 2010.

As per the new web-site the qualifying period includes Tier-2(General) and not Tier-2(ICT).

Could someone please help me understand when would I eligible for applying for ILR.
