Few Quick Questions

1) I am planning to pay my fee using VISA Debit Card. On page 7 of application Tier 1 Extension form should i select "Delta/Maestro" or "VISA/MasterCard/AMEX"?
2) Same question is for your dependent application form.
3) In dependent application form, K12 section is about ticket booking reference number. If my understanding is correct then its about first visit. I don't have this number available. Is this a big issue?

1. Its VISA card.
2. Its not an issue, if you don't have a ticket reference number
