Investment

I know that investment can be in the form of shares or an unsecured director's loan, but does the entire amount of £200,000 need to be used up by the business in the three years, or can it remain in the business account?

Good question, really need to know the answer..I thing is clear that need to have the investment of 200 k in 3 three years
