Spouse visa query need advice plz

I have a few question about settlement visa for my spouse who currently reside in Pakistan.

1) I am going through a divorce process which is due to complete on 04/2014 when I will get decree absolute, decree nisi was issue on 02/2014. Will there be any problem if i am planning to get marry in the third week of April this year.

2) She is my dad friends daughter i knew her since childhood but our relationship started in January this year. Will there be any issue as I am not fully divorce and i have started new relationship with a view to marry her.

3) Me and my ex wife separated in November 2011. There are no financial problems between me and my ex so more likely on 04/2014 we will be fully divorce.

Is there any other things i have to keep in mind for a successful application.

Until you have the decree absolute - you aren't divorced. So you can't remarry in the eyes of the law in the UK. If you have it before you remarry - you're fine.

There's no issue with a relationship prior to divorce.

Secondly how old should banks statement be, is it 28days or 6weeks?

My advise is when your new wife applies for spouse visa in your own statement in the application be truthful about everything. Mention everything about your previous relationship and put in the decree.
I say this because my husband was previously suppose to marry someone else whom he didn't.
We was refused visa because they said he did get married to her and he couldn't be married to me.
I had to contact the general register office which proved he was never married before.
When they refused us they could have made this check themselves.
You don't want a silly reason for refusal.
Give them everything
You can get married as soon as you have your decree

Bank statements have to be the latest 6 months statements.

Thanks for sharing your experience i will deffo provide all details. The problem i have is that UKBA website is not really helpful in other words they don't clearly say what they want. thanks to immigrationboards.com and users like yourself inshallah i will be ok.
