Urgent:-Process of switching from WP to HSMP dependent

I am in UK on HSMP visa (initial validity of 2 years) and my wife on WP. She is now considering switching her job but in order to do so she would need to switch visa to HSMP dependent.

Please. Can someone tell me the process (forms, guidance, fees etc..) of switching status from WP to HSMP dependent.?

We both applied for our current visas from India. Does she need to go back to India to make EC application or can she switch from UK?

Anyone gone thru this, please share your experiences...
