Visa for my SON

Post by sagiloyal » Tue Mar 11, 2014 11:35 am

Respected members,

My SON was born here in United Kingdom. Initially I was on Tier 1 visa when My SON was born and I never applied any visa for him so far as we havent travelled to any place. He was Born on 23-Oct-2012.

Now I got my Indefinite Leave to Remain ( ILR) BOTH MYSELF AND MY WIFE. Now I am planning to apply British Passport to my SON.

I never applied any kind visa or not even applied Indian Passport all these days. Basically he got his Birth certificate here.

So can I apply his British Citizenship through MN1 registration now ? As he is born here and Now I am on ILR ???
Or do they consider my visa status during the time child was born ? which is tier 1 at that time.

Any suggestions ??? Please kindly reply and guide me on the process ?

Regards,
Raju.
