UK Born Baby - Can he travel to India without UK VISA

Hi, I am on Tier 1 UK VISA & my wife is on TIer 2 UK VISA.

Our baby is born in UK 2 months back. We have got his Indian passport.

We intend to apply his Tier 2 dependent UK VISA from INDIA ( cannot do now, as we need to travel to India)

Now, can he travel to India without UK VISA. ???
