Tier 1 General Dependant Visa for Future Wife

I checked recently their are no topics discussions about Tier 1 General dependant visa for future wife.Can somebody throw some light on this.

I am getting married soon in Mumbai.I am on Tier 1 General and just got my extension for another 3 years.I need your expert advise and what to do and what to not.Any advise or help from any of your past experience will be highly appreciated.I will be applying her visa from Mumbai,India.

My question are as follows.

Do i need to make a online application in advance for submission of documents?
What all documents will i need?
How much are the maintenance funds and for how long it should be in the account?
Can i submit her Indian bank account for maintenance of funds?
What is the waiting timeline after we submit the application?
Any new rules for Tier 1 dependant visa?
Any suggestion from any recent or past experience.
