My advice to every one on hold.

I feel for you all, But i'd advice you against withdrawing the application but to contact your MP's for further representations. In the meantime be patient and find ways to overcome your thought processes of constantly chasing after this. Pay a visit to your spouses to over come this distress. In Sha Allah ultimately you all will get success. So just be strong and keep up your prayers.

Congratulations !

Sorry for the late reply!

I heard about 2 months after i had submitted my extra documents.
General observations from people that have heard on here it has been so far within 2-2.5 months MAX, my personal opinion is after 2 and a half months then they have not accepted the documents... And unfortunately the only way we can find out is through our MP :(

I know i totally understand what you mean, that it would be best just to get refused rather than be left hanging. There seems to be a general consensus that although the judgement may not be that long it will get appealed to Supreme Court level .

Hey did u speak to ur solicitor?
What did he/she say and advise?
Hi. Yeah I did. He said the 2 week gap didnt matter and that he would 'sort something out' the way he was advising me I didn't really have any confidence in what he was saying so I am going to see another solicitor mayb next week sometime.
But I dont feel the two week gap will be a problem to be honest, I may be wrong. I will let u know what the other solicitor says once I have been.

Just be careful, i was the same confident with my paperwork, the only reason i am pointing it out to you is because i am a live example for you lol i am currently going through it, its proof that a gap in employment will not suffice as it doesn't meet their criteria of being 'continuous pay slips' . Unless u were paid during them 2 weeks.

I know its difficult to know there may be some uncertainty in paperwork before your all set to submit, no matter what someone says you dont want to believe it, i was the same! However, i am just giving my advice i would hate for someone to go through what i am because of practically the exact same mistake!

May Allah swt give you success in your application!

Walaikam Asalaam.

Do not worry, there seems to be some technical glitch from BHC which is why some statuses have not changed. If you look on this forum there are many people who are in the same situation. Alot of people have also went from forwarded straight to 'ready for collection. So do not worry .

Also RFCs are taking from as quick as weeks to months.. so you could potentially be expected to wait until 6 months! or with the will of Allah your reply will come quicker!

Be patient sis :)

Salaam All

Jazakallah for the congratulations.
Just to give you guys an idea if what i submitted.
Firstly i only ever sent one email, didnt pester them or even bother with MP. Personally i think they both prolong the matter. I applied under Category A with one job.

My Documents:
VAF4A FORM
APPENDIX 2 FORM
CERTIFIED PASSPORT COPY
SPONSORSHIP DECLARATION
6 MONTHS PAYSLIPS
6 MONTH BANK STATEMENTS
LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
LAND REGISTRY
ACCOMODATION CERTIFICATE
LETTER FROM LANDLORD

Her Documents:
PASSPORT
ID CARD
ENGLISH CERTIFICATE
TB CERTIFICATE
NIKKAH ORIGINAL+TRANSLATION
25 PHOTOS OF NIKKAH

I received no call to my employers. Total time 18 weeks.
