Applied ILR LR but query required about dependants

hi there, i need some professional advice from you guys. I have applied for ILR LR on 06-03-2014,hopefully i ll recieve acknowledgement letter soon in few days. According to the homeoffice figures i am not sure i can get my ILR before my visa expires(23-06-2014). I have 3 dependants (wife and 2 children). they are all here on psw dependant visa. one child was born in home country and other is born here in uk. My wife got student dependant visa very first time on 09-07-09 and then again got psw dependant visa on 27-08-2012. Their visas are going to expire on 23-06-2014. she had spent one year in home country during this period i.e from Dec 2011 till Nov 2012. Questions are

i). which applicatoin form she need to fill and which form my elder son (born in home country, 5 years old) need to fill.
ii. should i apply as soon as i get the acknowledgement letter from HO.
ii) in which category they fall, 2 years or 5 years route.
iii). are any rules going to be changed in april 2014 except fees.
iv). what should i do about my youngest son (3 years old) who born here, how i can apply for his nationalisation before i get back my ILR ?.
