OCI Delay Status Shown Under Process 42 days

Dear all, I have applied for OCI by postal to HCI London that was acknowledged in appropriate time on 29 Jam. However it's been 42 days including weekends the status is still being shown to be under process. From having gone through various forums I do get a feel that status changes to photo scanned then document send / printed and finally received at London

since my application has not crossed the first step is there a
anything I have missed. Can I call anyone to find out at
HCI London. Are the calls picked. Or are emails answered and is anyone in similar boat.

what timescales have people who have applied for by post.
I am little worried. Kindly help

I too applied in Jan 2014 and acknowledged on 28/01/14. But still no update than "Under Process", as like the stone in well !!!. However I applied at Edinburgh. You can see my post on "Overseas Citizenship of India" thread.

My has been processed and waiting to be collected.
My husband Chandrakant is still show status under process.
It will be 9 weeks on Monday.
