Exclude /Include last month for calculating 5 years?

Hi
I am a bit confused in calculating 5 years before my family of 4 members including myself and 3 dependents is eligible to apply for ILR under Tier 1 (General). The following are the dates of entry:

Date of Entry of Main Applicant with spouse: 21/March/2009

Date of Entry of two dependent children: 12/June/2009

Can you help me at what earliest date I can make an application for ILR @ PEO?
