HI
There I m indian national I need advice about 10years long residency I m come to uk in september2006 as a student till april 2009 then after I apply for psw visa but that's refuse in dec2009 from dec2009 till june2012 my appeal in court and I withdraw this appeal in july2012 because I make new application in march2012 base of my relationship with eu partner and my new born babby daughter but that time I did mistake because of one lawyer he make my application in form FLR(0) so home office again refuse that application in march2013 then after I read and search so many things via internet and from this forum I make one new application EEA2 and finally I get visa (RC) for five years in feb2014 so my question is this can I apply for ILR because of long residency In uk in september2016 i m eligible for that or not can anybody have any idea or advice for me please :shock:

Yes, as long as you did have any breaks and maintained some 3a or 3b clause.

Get a SAR from home office, this will give you exact picture what details they have against your file and based on that you can take next course of action

Hi and thanks for reply can u tell me please from 2014 till 2016 I have eu partner visa so they count this as well in long residency in uk ,and what is 3a or 3b and how I can ask for SAR to HO please advice me bro.
