Appeal is due in 2 weeks, urgent help

Post by balaaal » Fri Mar 14, 2014 12:06 pm

Hi
Applied 19-10-2012
PSW expired 21-10-2012
Refused 04-04-2013
Appealed 12-04-2013
Appeal date 24-03-2014
Visa route 200k

Reason for refusal . bank letter did not mention my name. And bank is still reluctant on giving a letter which meets HO requirement.
can i withdraw my appeal and make fresh application using 50k route as i could manage having 50k in my uk bank account. but considering my PSW expired in 21-10-2012
and plus can i extend my appeal date by any chance so that i can maintain £900 in my bank account for 90 days

I know its complicated issue but surely think tanks will have a solution

thanks

can you not transfer 200k in uk account? (on other side if money is in Pakistan, then you can earn good return as Ruppees is quite strong at the moment)
