ILR cancelation

Post by Pacific » Sat Mar 08, 2014 11:36 am

Hi everyone
I ve got a question , I am going through hard time with my wife and her sister.
I live in my wife house but it's me who pays all the bills and the mortgage , in a nutshell I am responsibl fully about the financial side.
Now i am sleeping in the street because my wife and her sister wanted me to get my own house for them to live and use the actual one for renting.
I ve got a child with her and my wife is threatening me to kick me out from the country and take my daughter away from me and cancel my ILR application that I submitted 2 months ago.
My question is can she do that , I mean taking my child and cancel my IRL
I only need IRL for my daughter sake, she is my only child

I hate to say but unfortunately she is right at this point, but once u get ilr she can not cancel it, so im afraid u have face it till u get a good news , u should really apply in person where u can get result same day,
In worse scenario if things doesnt work out ,
U still dont have to worry about leaving country , as u have really strong connection here as ur daughter is here, i wont get into that detail but really hope that things go smoothly for u

You will be fine As long as you are not doing anything illegal in this country.
Human rights are valued in this country and if you feel you are not being dealt properly by anyone on the human rights, you can seek help/advise from citizen advise bureau or legal solicitors.
