Indian passport renewal/reissue

Hi,

I submitted my documents on 17th of January and still awaiting for my passport. I tried to ring them so many times but either the line is busy or they hung up on me without saying anything.

I sent them so many emails but they keep saying try next week as passport is coming in bathes. They speak to you in a rude manner and always try to pass the buck. Please can someone advise me on this. Is there anyone else who is facing same issue?
