I have a missed parcel from Royal Mail

I have a missed parcel from Royal Mail today. It's a parcel not a letter.
I did not receive any letter approval or refusal from HO.

Is it a good news or bad news. I am very worried about it now.

My timeline for your reference :

19th Feb arrival HO
13th Mar Approve but receive today.
Consultancy Company
All DIY, no interview , no tel
