FLR(IED) stamping experiance at Croydon for WP transfer

Hi

Can anybody share his/her experiance at croydon for FRL(IED) stamping?

Can I get it stamped it in person in case of change of employer?

When should I get the appointment and whats the waiting time for the appointment?

I had gone through this procedure in June 2005. It was relatively straightforward procedure. I went there with a pre booked appoinment. All my regular docs, like bank statements, employer letter etc.
The interview lasted 5-8 mins. The wait was about 1.5 hrs and I had my passport back with the stamp.
