If possible I would get that same referee to sign again on the new page with correct email address.

Question 3.5- Address of the tax office or tax office refere

Post by zeezee810 » Fri Feb 28, 2014 5:48 pm

Thanks for the help!

Once final question:

Could anyone please explain what should I answer in question 3.5 in the AN application form?

Question 3.5- Address of the tax office or tax office reference?

I am employed at a company do I find the tax office information from them or just add my paye number?

Also I once signed up to self employment but never was..I also didnt close it with HMRC but would hand in my self assement every year but forgot it this year and received a 100 pound late filling assement fine..

SO what tax office refrence do i put in? If i pay the HMRC fine do i need to mention this number on the question??

Please advise#
Thanks

1. You employer should have all your details and also check on your P60.
2. As far as a fine from HMRS is concerned it might be a serious matter but I can not give you proper answer as I am not sure and I suggest you ask senior members or open a new therad with this question. Also mention that you were self employed but now you are emploeyd.
