If the applicant was granted leave as a dependant before 9 July 2012 and were on a route to settlement (under Tier 1 or Tier 2) they can combine their leave as a PBS dependant with leave as the Partner of a settled person to meet the qualifying period under paragraph 287. All other applicants must start the qualifying period again.

MY QUESTION IS transitional Part 8 rules for further leave to remain PBS DEPENDANT BEOFRE JULY 2012 FINISHED AFTER THIS NEW STATEMENT CHANGES IN IMMIGRATION 13 MARCH 2014
