STUDENT EXTENSION ON LEVEL 8

HI GUYS I HAVE COMPLETED 51 MONTHS IN LEVEL 6& 7 LAST I COMPLETED MY MASTERS AND NOW I WANT TO STUDY AND EXTEND MY VISA ON LEVEL 8 COURSE FOR 18 MONTHS CALLED (CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership)

I WANT HELP THAT WILL I BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS COURSE AND WILL I GET VISA ON THIS AS IN TIER 4 GUIDELINE STATES ANY COURSE AT OR ABOVE DEGREE LEVEL IS LIMITED TO 5 YRS AND THE COURSE WHICH ARE EXCEPT DOES NOT STATES LEVEL 8 COURSE , IT ONLY INCLUDES MPHILL AND OTHER PHD AND ALL BUT LEVEL 8 IS NOT WRITTEN (PAGE 76 OF TIER 4 GUIDELINE)

SOME SAYS THAT I CAN STILL GET VISA AS ITS LEVEL 8 AND SOME SAYS I CANNOT

SO PLEASE GUYS HELP ME WITH THIS WHAT I CAN DO ???? I M IN STRESS

ALSO RECOMMEND ME WITH ANY THING I CAN ALSO DO EXCEPT THIS

Your application will be refused if you are applying to study Level 8 CMI course.

You have already spent around 5 years for level 6 & 7 course. The best option is for you to go for the Phd program with a University

A lawyer can't change the rules, CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is not exempt from the 5 year cap as it is not a relevant doctorate qualification. Any immigration adviser who tells you otherwise should be reported to their relevant governing body.
