Denmark work permit visa process from India

Could you please help me here for below queries.
My brother would like to apply for work permit visa to Denmark county from India. So, what is the procedure to apply and which documents are necessary.
Is there any consultants to apply and how much? Or can we apply by our own without consultant?
Has anyone applied to this country? If applied, could you please explain the procedure.
