When can I apply for BC after ILR?

Dear friends

I applied and got my ILR in July 2013

When is the earliest I can apply for Naturalisation? Can I apply is June'14 or should wait till July'14?

July 2014 after you have held ILR for exactly 12 months.

There is no 28 rule for naturalisation.

Just make sure that by the date UKBA receives your application, you were physically present in the UK exactly 5 years before at the start of the qualifying period or 3 years if applying as spouse of BC. Holidays abroad is included in this fundamental requirement.
