Appeal Determination Letter

I had my hearing on 24/02/2014
Its been 3 weeks and im still waiting for the Judges decision
I called to find out whats going on and i was told decision is still 'reserved'

Anyone in the same position?
It will be 4 weeks this week since my hearing

My appeal was heard on 21 Feb 2014. The judge stated clearly that he will send the determination within 2weeks but over 3 weeks later I was told the decision is yet to be issued. The waiting is torturous.

Informed by the solicitor today that determination is received and appeal allowed. Looking forward to see the decision. Now praying and hoping HO do not challenge the decision.

there's no one else you can contact. If the tribunal say they haven't made a decision yet then no one else is going to be able to give you different information. you just need to wait.

Refusal: 07th may 2013
Appealed : 13th may 2013
Hearing: 20th feb 2014

My barrister received letter yesterday and judge dismissed the appeal and gave rite to appeal in upper tribunal. I hope you will recive a positive judgement.
