GOOD LUCK EVERYONE... )
We had use printouts of the PBS documents to prove that our degrees meet the requirements for the language section of the new KOLL requirements. The person at the NCS had warned us that it is possible that the homeoffice may not accept the documents provided but they wouldn't reject the application immediately and instead send us a letter instead requesting for it.spui wrote:Eligibility criteria : 5yrs(HSMP + Tier1) + 1yr ILR

My referees told me that no body has contacted them. So do not panic if your progress appears slow.azharahmed2 wrote:Hello member i have a question i applied on 05-02-2014 and i got my acknowledgment 12-02-2014 but i checked with my referees they said no one called him i hope u know so every cases home office they are checking with referees.....

I wish all of you the best of luck. Please note that the discretion which exists in the Chapter 18 Annex B paragraph 7.5(g) of the BNA 1981 seems reasonably safe .
No, they told me no one called or contacted them. Calling referees look like a random practice, or they have their own ways to decide.azharahmed2 wrote:Congratulation Buddy for your approval brother did they called Ur referees.. did u check with Ur refereesGed wrote:Eligibility criteria : 10 years long stay + 9 months ILR due to Chapter 18 Annex B paragraph 7.5(g) of the BNA 1981

Good luck to every one
I followed up with them on Monday (17/03/14), having received my ceremony invitation from the council, but not my approval letter from HO. I got a response the next day (Tues 18th), confirming they had dispatched my letter on the 11th. When I got home, the letter was in my post box. Two things to conclude: 1) They do seem to update their systems within a week, at least; 2) The postal class they use is really slow (7 days in my case)!rickyrafe777 wrote:Hey ppl;
Has any one called HO after they received there brown envlp/ approvals..? This is to check if there system update is totally not updated?
Like i have seen many ppl contacting them, and getting response such as incomplete, no decision made yet etc..
And then getting there envlps...
This will boost applicants hope...
Should they contact them and waste time and money.... get stressed n stuff
or relax and wait!!
they system is soo not right... i have seen many getting approvals from end week of jabn-2014
where mine was made on 2nd week of jan. a simple straight forward case!
Thanks
