Can we personally go for ILR on the basis of long residency

Hi guys
Just wanted some expert advice

I couldnt find the option to physically go to HO to apply for ILR on 10 year ling residency basis

I might not be looking the right one

Just wanted to ask can i book an appointment and apply and get the ILR on the same day option or does only have to be applied through post

PEO for 10 year route is not available.
I am not an immigration adviser...All IMHO.
