Documents required for FLR(M) incl & excl financial req

Hi,

Could some one please provide a list of all documents required with FLR(M) application for spouse visa.

1. List including if needed to prove financial requirement of 18600.
2. List with out financial requirement of 18600

Without 18600 threshold requirements are
1. English qualification a1 level
2. Proof of address atleast from 3 different sources 6 documents covering 2 years .
3. Marriage certificate original plus English translation.
4. 3 month bank statement atleast
5. 3 month payslips ( both statements and payslips should be of same period)
6. All passports
7. Current brp
8. I attach copies of brp all passports first page and the pages that contain any visa and marriage certificates copies that it and got flr and ILR same day in Croydon .I used the same documentation for set(m) +life in uk for set(m).




For 18600 threshold all the things are same exactly only the employment part is different
They are asking for employer letter with attested payslips .
Employer letter should contain your job details .i have no personal experience of this but I read appendix FM in detail so I have a little knowledge .the situation got complex according to job type and duration .hope this helps
