I emailed them telling them I didnt even get an ack letter despite the fee being taken on 6 of feb.

I got a reply back saying they will request the relevant department to send me an ack letter as soon as it is with the correct team? Which is odd because I didnt actually ask for an ack letter....

Yet When I called them today they told me that my case is being ''dealt with'' by the relevant department and have requested to get it done asap.

Hi Milan69,

I have copied her reply below which I got today. Does not look any impressive.

Dear Jasim,
Thank you for your email.
I have checked our records and can confirm that no decision has yet been made on your application.

if you are right then it is funny. it seems HO has recruited only one person to deal all the emails from the applicants. HO has given her a laptop with broadband and have told her how to copy paste? :)

Not the same person.
And not everyone get this reply. for some people apparently it comes that "A decision has been made on your case" or sth on that sort.

Hi guys.

I tried to test something and sent 1 email of the same character every day this week and what I have received back was the same reply within 2 hours.

"Thank you for your email.

I have checked our records and can confirm that no decision has yet been made on your application.

3 of the emails from Fayth Barber
2 of the emails from Miss Neelam Rafiq

This is a lovely service from HO!
