Switching to Tier2 (General) from Tier2(ICT LONGTERM)

Hi

Im currently having plan to switch from Tier2 (ICT LONGTERM) to tier 2 General.

I came to london on OCT2010 with ICT (Established staff). On 2012 oct i have renewed my visa and got Visa like ICT Longterm.

So this Month im planning to switch to different sponsor with tier2 general.

Am I eligible to apply Tier2 General visa?

Please Advice me ASAP. its very urgent

while filling the tier 2 general form . I couldn't see my visa sub category on eligibility session.

ELIGIBILITY as per Tier 2 of the Points Based System – Policy Guidance

• Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer: Established Staff) if you
are applying to change sponsor1
• Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer), under the rules in place
before 6 April 2010 if you are applying to change sponsor1
• Tier 2 (Sportsperson);
• Tier 2 (Minister of Religion);

Im really confused. please help me.
