How to choose PEO for ILR Tier 1 (General)

Hi
I am on Tier 1 (General) and eligible for ILR this March 2014. My earnings in the last 15 months consists of salary for which I was given payslips and for 3 months I had done some short term casual jobs as a self employed. I know from the word of mouth that Glasgow PEO has no expertise in dealing cases having two types of earning- salary + self employed and in case if by chance some one books an appointment with them then they refer the case to PEO in Solihull.
Can anybody advise me how to select a PEO?
