Can we apply for Set(M) after 6th april

I'll be really grateful for ur advice/ suggestion
Background
I have recently received my ILR under long residency and succesfully got spouse visa through FLR(M) for my dependant
My question is
Can my dependant still be able to apply ILR through SET(M)
After 6 april according to para 287(a)(i)(d)
She was given spouse(flr m) visa under transitional arrangement
This is only bcoz she's not done LIUK test and B1 yet and i think it will take few months for prepration for above mentions tests
Ur help will be highly appreciated

Yes, she still can. The changes only affect PBS dependants who are initially switching to FLR(M) from 6th April 2014.

Good morning Vinny

What are changes coming after 6th April 2014 for PBS dependents.
I have Tier 1 general initial application was granted 16th June 2010 inside UK my dependent joined me 3rd Jan 2011 via entry clearance from Pakistan, I applied extension through PEO on 8th June 2012 along with my wife 3 years extension given till 16th June 2015. Now when I will apply for ILR in May/June 2015 than my wife will have spent in UK almost 4 years and 6 Months on PBS dependent. Can she apply with me for ILR on SET (O) Form or any changes will affect her to get ILR along with me Please give clear picture as a lot of rumors surrounding here that's why I am asking you because you are one of the most Senior members of this forum.

From ur responce is my undersanding is right that
Para 287 wont get deleted and my dependent who is on spouse visa could still benefit from para 287 ( plz note she was pbs dependent since 2009) ? Actually this got me confused when i read ur link

What options would Long residence PBS dependants have then?

They would be under the current partner rules and cannot take advantage of 287(a)(i)(d).

As far as I can see, 287 and 319E remain the same.
