Help to select right application form!

Hi members,

My friend recently got ILR on 10yrs basis. Now which form he needs to fill for his wife and son as they are here since 2011 as dependant of Tier1 general and are still on that visa. Hope to get a quick reply from gurus.

Then CR001 is correct. They must apply FLR(M) before April 6 otherwise they'll be subject to the new rules!

A1 English required for spouse.

Dependents need two year resident in UK before applying ILR for Tier 1 General and I think they can apply for ILR directly after the principal has got ILR via long residence instead of Tier 1 G. Seek full advice bfore applying.

Spouse is not applying for ILR. PBS dependents should switch to FLR(M) if the main applicant has received ILR based on 10 years long residence.

Can you please tell me, how much maintenance funds you maintained for your newborn visa? did you send the original passport of parents? I will really appreciate your help.
