Hi

This request is for my friend. He is currently in Tier 4 dependent and got an offer with tier 2 cos.

Employer currently holds unrestricted cos but they are not sure whether Labour market test needs to be done.

could someone please advice.

she needs a restricted COS but can apply in country.
