need help about 12 months bank statements for self employed

Hi

I am going to apply for my wife's visa but i am confused about the bank statements. i am a sole trader from 2 years and all my businessis based on cash.I don't use my bank account all the time. i only use it to pay bills and rent e.c.t. my accounts are made from 5th April 2013 till 5th April 2014. I know i will not be able to apply for her visa this year due to i haven't paid any tax so i have to wait till next year.

My Question is from what date do i have to provide the bank statements from?
