changing to tier 2 during appeal process

is there any one who have changed to tier 2 after their tier 1 visa got refused..please help its urgent

@ fuzzaman.arif, yes its possible if you got a sponsor for your tier 2 application. All you need to do is to withdraw your appeal first and then submit your tier2 application. You can withdraw your appeal on the same day that you wish to submit your tier2 application by sending a letter to the tribunal notifying them of your intention to withdraw your appeal. You can also withraw your appeal on the hearing day and your date of withdrawal will be the hearing date as well.
