Applying for ILR

Hi there,

I've got my initial Tier 1 visa on 20th October 2010, and I arrived UK on 24th Jan 2011. Should I go for another extension to get my ILR ? My current Tier 1 expires on 20th October 2015 and I was not away for more than 180 days in any year and not planning to be away for 180days.

Could you please help.

Hi,
I think you need to apply for 2 nd extension,
Since you arrived in UK for the first time beyond 90 day bracket.
Please see what others advice
