Continious stay for ILR

I am sorry that I am posting this question again, which might have been discussed. I am querying about the continuous stay confusion I am having even after reading some of the posts and the online documents. My query/:
1. What is the maximum days allowed outside UK when you are in Tier 1( general) in a 5 year period?
2. Is there any limit for days outside in 1 particular Year during the visa tenure( I mean in a 1 year period is there any limit that you cant be outside UK)?
3. Is it a rule that one visit outside UK cant be more than 50 days continuously and 90 days one year period?

Please answer my queries.

From all the post that I have read ,one cannot stay more than 180 days outside UK in 12 months period.

I am still confused .
1. If that is 180 in a 12 months period, then how many days in total for a 5 years period?
2. How many days you can be away from UK continuously in a single leave?
3. what is the 50/90 day rule for a single continuous leave?

Could anybody explain in a clear way .
