Confused... need help please

Hi

I need some help regarding financial requirement for a director manager. I am an employee of my own company and every month I pay wage to my personal bank account. My question is do I need 6 or 12 months bank statements?
Do I need all the documents as an employee or as a self employed? Please help me about this. Thanks

Thanks yes i have red it but as long i have understand that i need 12 months accounts and pay slips for a director.

You need payslips, dividend vouchers and the minutes for the company meeting declaring the dividend possibly to be sure.
