The motive is clear, taking some time to completing 10 years....its quite common motive nowadays specially if someone needs only a few months to complete his 10 years

@ pakhtoon77, you are quite right but he need a legal motive to be able to adjourn a case at the tribunal. Merely wishing to prolong the appeal case is not a motive he will be able to present at the tribunal.

oslumkani, this is what he is actually asking for, what can be a good excuse to get an adjournment. I only explain the motive and not the means to achieve that motive. any expert views please since its of interest to many people...
