how many days it takes to deduct fee for FT appeal? I live in north east

can anyone tell me how many days it take for first tribunal fee deduction in north sheilds please..
mine still not taken from 15 days

Tribunals Customer Enquiry Unit from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Telephone +44 (0)300 123 1711. Calls to this number are charged at the local rate.
