WP overstayer

Hi

Hoping to get some advice on behalf of a friend. She has overstayed since 2008 after her wp visa run out. She wants to get her visa sorted but not sure which category and how to go about it. Since then she has not been working, has a partner who is British and they have a 3 year old together.

Please advice on which route to take to get her a visa.

Well, she has few options
1. She can marry her husband and apply for spouse visa some conditions needs to be met.

She can't do 1 from in the UK. Possibly exception 1 due to the child, if the child is British.

Form FLR(FP) she should use, evidence of cohabitation for 2 years. thats all
