Dispute Tier 1 (Gen) - Issued for 2 Yrs only

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is our Tier 1 General migrant 3rd extension.
A).Initial Entry clearance issued for 3 yrs (28/08/2009 till 28/08/2012) and first entry to the UK was on 2nd may 2011
B).Second extension issued for 2 Yrs (24/04/2012 until 23/04/2014)
C).Third(Latest) extension issued for 2 yrs only again (12/03/2014 until 12/03/2016).

Can some one Please clarify:
1. Two of my friends who have got similar visa profiles got 3+2+3 yrs of validity who applied 1 month prior to my application.
2. We noticed that as per the rule 245cb and other classes we suppose to get 3 yrs validity not 2yrs.
3. What is the correction procedure or why our application is not granted for 3 yrs?
4. Raised for clarification via FOI act and send a copies of visa and other details to Case worker through royal mail signature tracking post.

Impact:
Our 5 yrs of legal stay in the UK finishes on 31th April 2016 where as the current residence permit expires on 12 March 2016 hence we are running 50 days less than the target date.

Still the status is - waiting for clarifications -

Hello,

After sending an explanation letter with supporting photostat evidence - Passport, Visa copies and Freedom of Information request printed copies to case worker, just in 5 working days (This morning) got a call from UKBA saying It is recognized as a mistake, A letter asking to return old bio-metric card is send via post to reissue visa for 3 yrs.

That's a great news. However thanks for watching my thread.
