FLR M form for children

Hi All

I have a PEO appointment next week. i am confused and want to know if i need to fill in a separate form for my young kids 5 and 4 years of age?

Quick repose will be highly appreciated.

No you can add kids in flr m of your dependent.thpats why in payment page they say how many dependents you have to add them and then write the total amount with dependent plus kids
