Post by sak20099 » Fri Mar 28, 2014 8:05 pm

Hi Gurus,

I have read many threads people mentioning about absences letter from employer for work related submitted along with application, do anyone has experience following?
1 ) CW specifically asked for absences letter for Tier 1 General category ?
2) anyone application got refuse due to not providing absences letter ?

Appreciate any one sharing experiences

How many absences you have!!!

If more than 90 in one go, this could be a problem.

My concern is absences for the first year which are continuous 4 months ,and these absences are just after 1 month of my first UK entry.

Although I was working for same UK employer I was not being paid in UK so HMRC will not have the record of those absences to confirm the UK employment ,wondering what evidence should I need to provide ? OR does it break continuity

Appreciate reply from moderators/ experts
