Congratulations buddy. Can you please tell if you used the same company or a new company at the time of re-application.

All your help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Thank you for the quick response. I understand that your company was trading throughout this period, whilst you were awaiting decision. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Please could you also inform about what business you are running?

My PSW expired on the day of my initial application in Aug 2012. So answering your question, I didn't have valid visa at the time of the second application. You get 28 days from the day of your latest refusal but if you reapply within 7 working days, UKBA is giving the right of appeal again, something which is not very clear in the rules and not many folks know about.
